Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: NovaCare in Cambridge, Maryland
Schedule: Part-time
Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00/ Hr.

At NovaCare Rehabilitation in Cambridge, Maryland, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while helping individuals return to the activities that matter most. Our team treats a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, empowering patients to get back to sports, work, daily life, and the things they love.
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a part-time role averaging 8 to 12 hours per week. Treatment hours extend until 6:00 PM, with the final patient scheduled one hour before the end of the day to allow for documentation and wrap-up.
Qualifications:
* Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
* Minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience required
* Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Our outpatient center offers a diverse caseload, including:
* ACL Program
* Amputees
* Dry Needling
* Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
* General Orthopedics
* Industrial
* Neuro
* Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs)
* Sports Medicine

Responsibilities:
* Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
* Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
* Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
* Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications:
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
* Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
* CPR certification
