Responsibilities:

Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. * Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
* Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to patients.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
* Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.
* some weekend commitment

Qualifications:

* A graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy holding a Baccalaureate Degree or higher is required. 
* Current California Physical Therapy licensure required (PTL)
* Recent graduates who are board-eligible will be considered for provisional appointments.
* New applicants must present documentation of continuing education or experience. Upon annual appraisal must demonstrate participation in external continuing education.
* Current CPR (AHA BLS)
* Fire Safety card required. (must obtain 90 days from start date)
