Responsibilities:
As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients experiencing a wide range of physical challenges-including orthopedic injury, surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or balance conditions-restore their mobility and functional strength so they can regain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Every day you will collaborate with a supportive team of clinical professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform the majority of treatments yourself, delivering direct, hands-on care tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.
To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, possess strong clinical adaptability across diverse patient backgrounds, and be eager to actively engage in peer-to-peer mentoring and teamwork.
* Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progress
* Document all treatments and note any status changes
* Tailor treatments to individual patients as needed
* Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you

Qualifications:
Required
* High school diploma or GED
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting
* Licensed by AZ State Board of Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate
Preferred
* Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area
* Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
