Hours: Part-time | 8:30 - 5:00pm | Monday - Friday| Hours will vary (rotating weekends & holidays)

Responsibilities:
This unique PT role combines the fast pace and clinical variety of acute care with the opportunity for greater continuity and ownership in our short-term SNU.
* 50/50 split between acute care and our 12-bed short-term SNU, both located on the Presbyterian Medical Center campus
* Work in an SNU that is steps away from the acute care units, serving short-term patients with an anticipated 10-14 day length of stay and goal of returning to the community
* Evaluate and treat patients across a broad range of diagnoses, medical complexity, and acuity levels
* Collaborate across disciplines to maximize mobility, independence, and safe transitions
* Educate patients and caregivers to support continued recovery
* Posted at 32hrs with ability to work up to 40hrs per week if desired.
Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT license, required.
