Responsibilities:

Performs evaluations, plans and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.

**This is a flex position primarily for Thomas/Colony Rehab in Fairhope. 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited therapy program

Licensure/Registration/Certification: 

* State license required
* BLS

Desired Qualifications:

* MS degree from an accredited therapy program
* Considerabble knowledge of staff therapist functions
* State license with clinical specialty
