NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for Cape May County

NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking for dynamic physical therapists to join our  team.  We have per diem hours available in our clinics as well as in the home as part of our IHPT (In the Home Physical Therapy) team.

This unique position would be covering Cape May County treating mostly orthopedic patients in both their home and our outpatient centers.   

NO OASIS PAPER WORK, bill under Medicare Part B using our outpatient documentation. 

This position offers schedule flexibility of hours.

Unique Location/Job Details: Per diem hours available both for our In the Home Physical Therapy (IPTH) program and/or covering in our outpatient orthopedic centers in Cape May County.

Schedule: As needed based on needs for in the home PT patients. 

Compensation: $55-$60 per visit/hour based on your experience.

Responsibilities:

* Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise. 
* Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. 
* Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly. 
* Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times. 
* Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications:

* Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
* Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
* Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
