Responsibilities:

Performs evaluations, plans, and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care. 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

* Graduate of an accredited Therapy program

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

* State license required 
* CPR certification

Desired Qualifications: 

* M.S. degree from an accredited Therapy program
* Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions

Desired Licensure/Registration/Certification: 

* State license with clinical speciality
