Responsibilities:

BSW Grapevine is looking for a Center Manager to join the growing multi-disciplinary Grapevine clinic! We have a wide variety of orthopedic & neurological pts, aquatics, WH/MH, oncology and vestibular pts for PT, OT and ST. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with great communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate should also be a dynamic individual who possesses energy, innovation, and eager to contribute to growth of clinic and team.  The Center Manager is expected to manage daily operations and carry an active patient caseload. On any given day, this clinic has around 20-25 staff working daily. Because of the clinic's size, this position is requiring previous mgmt experience at a min level of a SUP. Shift hours are variable and the clinic hours are: 7-7 M-TH and 7-5 on Fridays, early and/or late shifts are required.

Qualifications:

* Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current 
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
* Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
* A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
