Overview: Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager Location: Springfield, OH Incentives: $5,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program Our NovaCare outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Qualifications: * Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy * Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start * Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
