				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Plans and implements therapy treatment programs to provide optimal patient rehabilitation and ensure quality of care.

** This position is located in Fairhope, AL, at Thomas Hospital with Colony Rehab.  

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Graduate from an accredited therapy assistant program

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

* State License required 
* BLS
* Employee must receive State license within 90 days of employment

Desired Qualifications:

* Post associate degree college credit
* State license with clinical specialty
