* Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a balanced work-life integration with just 2 weekend shifts per month (Saturday or Sunday) and 2 holidays per year.

You'll work closely with a licensed physical therapist, implementing personalized treatment plans and empowering patients to achieve their recovery goals. Your Impact:
* Empower Patient Recovery: Collaborate with a licensed physical therapist to conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, deliver hands-on treatment, and provide patient education, all in accordance with state and professional practice standards.
* Collaborate for Optimal Outcomes: Work closely within a team to create and implement coordinated care plans, ensuring accountability and progress toward achieving patient goals.
* Ensure Accurate Documentation: Maintain proficiency in documentation and billing, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
* Drive Quality Improvement: Demonstrate expertise in applying quality metrics to evaluate and improve practice, regularly participating in team meetings to discuss program effectiveness and performance enhancements.
* Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and oversight to physical therapy technicians, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
* Stay at the Forefront of Your Field: Commit to staying informed on the latest evidence-based practices and research, offering professional insights and support to colleagues in the field.
* Shape the Future of Physical Therapy: Support the organization's academic mission by supervising student clinical education, under the guidance of the physical therapist.

Qualifications:
Required Licensure and Certifications: Nebraska PTA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
