Experience the power of physical therapy!

Select Physical Therapy in CENTRAL VIRGINIA is seeking local per diem and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (LPTA) for our outpatient centers in Locust Grove, Bowling Green and Fredericksburg, VA. Our community-oriented outpatient orthopedic centers are looking for compassionate, caring and driven licensed physical therapist assistants to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments and manual therapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans focused on helping each patient achieve their specific goals and get back to the things that are important to them. Our work environment offers a great opportunity to provide skilled care to patients and grow with the nation's leader in outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Per diem is as needed coverage for vacation, emergencies and patient volume influx. This is ideal for an experienced physical therapist assistant but we can consider independent new graduates with strong OP ortho clinical rotations. We have seasoned therapists on staff in all locations. Our centers open as early as 8am and the latest center closes at 7pm. Our coverage between our hours of operation is crucial for this to be a fit on both ends. We are looking for a dependable and flexible licensed physical therapy assistant (LPTA) that is passionate about quality care to join our team.

We do not offer benefits if you are working less than 32 hours per week, but can discuss your participation in our continuing education program once you are on board.
