Overview:
Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant. The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide therapy services consistent with licensure under the direction and supervision of a licensed therapist and functions as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
* Provide care throughout Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center on a quarterly rotation
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
* Education: Graduate from an accredited PT assistant program, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT assistant license, required.
