Overview: CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more. Responsibilities: * Assist in implementing care plans and treatments designed by a licensed physical therapist. * Work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence. * Contribute to a collaborative care team focused on achieving measurable goals. * Ensure compliance with all documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements. * Supervise physical therapy techs in accordance with applicable guidelines. * Stay informed and educated on the latest best practices in physical therapy. * Participate in program quality improvement initiatives and student mentorship (as assigned). * Maintain all mandatory education and certifications related to safety, quality, and infection control. Qualifications: Required Licensure and Certifications: Nebraska PTA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
