* Graduate from an accredited therapy assistant program

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

* BLS
* State License required

(Employee must receive State License within 90 days of employment.) 

Desired Qualifications:

* Post associate degree college credit

Desired Licensure/Registration/Certification:

* State license with clinical specialty
