Overview: Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location: 2764 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, FL 33612 Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday Compensation: Starting at $75,000+, based on experience Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus and an optional indefinite student debt assistance program of $350 per month Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Tampa (East Fowler), FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team full time. This location offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative clinical team consisting of two Physical Therapists, two Physical Therapist Assistants, and one Occupational Therapist. Our patient population includes a broad general orthopedic caseload, with exposure to neuro, vestibular, sports medicine, pelvic health, and industrial rehabilitation. We welcome both newly graduated Physical Therapists and experienced outpatient clinicians to apply. Select Physical Therapy provides: * Structured clinical mentorship * An accredited orthopedic residency * Comprehensive clinical development and advancement programs Responsibilities: * Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations * Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients * Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors * Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager Qualifications: * Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school * Valid State Physical Therapist License * CPR certification
