Locations: Lakeland South & Lakeland East (5 miles apart)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience
Incentives: $20,000 sign‑on bonus and $350/month ongoing student loan repayment

Select Physical Therapy in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support two outpatient centers located just five miles apart. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative clinical team treating a general orthopedic population, with additional exposure to neuro, sports medicine and amputee cases. Both new graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:

* Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
* Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
* Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
* Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications:

* Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
* Valid State Physical Therapist License
* CPR certification
