Physical Therapist / $10K Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

* Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Regularly reassess treatment plan effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
* Conduct discharge evaluations, recommend home and community safety modifications, and provide referrals and educational resources.
* Communicate patient needs and progress to the interdisciplinary team, physicians, patients, and families.
* Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
* Certification in Basic Life Support or CPR as per state regulations.
* At least one year of physical therapy experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds; safely move/transfer patients up to 100 pounds.
* Physical stamina: fine motor skills, visual acuity, extended standing/walking, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.
* Health screenings or exams may be required per location or state policies.
