Responsibilities:
Job Summary / Purpose
This national role oversees the operational tasks to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budget to drive and improve quality, financial performance that align with CommonSpirit's mission, core values and standard of conduct.  This includes the implementation of  strategies developed to improve the use of physicians and advanced practice providers at our facilities. This position will provide transactional support to a group of providers contracted under CommonSpirit Locum and Traveler Network, engage with potential providers,  develop strong professional relationships,  drive consistent interaction with current and future providers, and manage the operational process and tasks associated with the established structure.    The responsibilities include but are not limited to engaging with potential physicians and advanced practice providers, implementation of strategy, contracting support, management of provider's schedule, interaction with CommonSpirit facilities, outside vendors and developing professional relationships with key stakeholders.  

Essential Key Job Responsibilities
* Implementation of program goals, metrics and strategies for the development and enhancement of our internally contracted physicians and advanced practice providers.
* Coordination and implementation of new methodologies for managing internal provider strategies and other innovative designs.  Ensure a systematic coordinated effort for the management of locum and traveler providers.  
* Fosters an environment of collaboration with a positive team culture, encourages participation and is a supporter of all members of the team.

* Responsible for supporting a group of providers in the Physician Enterprise internal traveler physicians and advanced practice provider network including but not limited to working with provider pay, ensuring all travel arrangements are completed for each provider,  provider onboarding and introductions to key stakeholders for each assignment site, and ensuring a smooth transition.
* Identifies and assesses performance improvement opportunities that contribute to the overall strategy of the department.
* Responsible for interacting with key stakeholders to identify physicians and advanced practice providers that would align with the goals of our internal locum company.
* Participates or leads meetings with key stakeholders at our facilities and/or providers associated with our internal traveler program. The meetings will align with all goals and strategies.  
* Meet all deadlines, prioritize projects and have the flexibility to re-evaluate and reprioritize as needed.
* Identifies, assesses and provides feedback and support to all projects.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience 

* Minimum of 4  years of demonstrated relationship management skills, with internal and/or external partners working in the healthcare or in the staffing industry.  A strong track record of completing all assignments and projects that are successfully operationalized in a timely manner.    Experience leading and being part of a team environment with shared goals that are measurable.   

Required Licensure and Certifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of (5) years of healthcare or project management experience in lieu of degree 

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

* Strong background in program management, interpersonal, results driven and/or relationship building skills.
