Qualifications: Education & Certification * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience * Completion of in-person, hands-on phlebotomy training OR * Minimum of one year of on-the-job phlebotomy experience * Strong preference for candidates with a consistent employment history and minimal career gaps Licensing & Driving Requirements * Valid, unrestricted driver's license * Clean driving record Skills & Competencies * Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members * High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
