Qualifications: Education & Certification * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience * Minimum of 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience (excluding certification training); 2 or more years preferred * Experience working with patients of all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and older adults * Strong preference for candidates with a consistent employment history and minimal career gaps Skills & Competencies * Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members * High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
