Qualifications: Education & Certification * High School Diploma or equivalent Experience * Previous phlebotomy experience (beyond certification) is required; 1+ years preferred * Candidates with a demonstrated history of consistent employment, marked by continuity and minimal career gaps, will be strongly preferred * Valid driver's license with no restrictions; clean driving record Skills & Competencies * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
