Qualifications: Education & Certification * High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience * Minimum 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience is required; 2+ years preferred. * Must have experience working with patients across all age groups - including infants, children, adults, and older adults. * Stable work history with minimal employment gaps strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies * Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and team members. * Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
