Overview: As our Phlebotomist at CHI St Vincent, you will help many patients get excited about blood work. That's a fact. CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state, CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology and critical care/pulmonary. Responsibilities: * Obtain blood specimens by capillary or venipuncture puncture * Maintain integrity of specimen in relation to the test being performed * Disposes of contaminated lab supplies and specimens * Receives laboratory specimens, orders tests, processes specimens using the centrifuge and distributes specimens to appropriate testing areas communicating special instructions * Performs clerical duties We are offering a $2,500 Sign on bonus to hires who meet hire requirements.
