Overview: Pharmacy Tech I - PRN St. Joseph Health - Bryan/College Station, Navasota, Caldwell, Madisonville, TX. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Perform all duties of a pharmacy technician in accordance with established policies and procedures related to the preparation and distribution of medication * Perform duties required to restock medication dispensing cabinets and fill first doses * Perform duties required in processing medications at patient discharge and transfer * Review anesthesiology records and extract pharmacy charges; reconcile controlled substances with anesthesia department * Answer phone and determine order status; triage calls for appropriate resolution * Maintain all records and documents in accordance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications: Required Education & Licensure: * High School Diplam/GED * Texas Pharmacy Tech License
