Responsibilities:
* As a Pharmacy Technician, you will help pharmacists provide essential support in dispensing medications, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth daily operations so they can uphold medication safety, patient satisfaction, and efficient workflow.
* Every day, you will expertly process prescriptions, meticulously enter patient information, and manage inventory. You will be expected to accurately count, pour, and label medications, manage prescriber communication, assist patients, answer questions within your scope, perform all duties related to the preparation and distribution of medication, restock medication dispensing cabinets, and process medications at patient discharge and transfer.
* To be successful in this role, you will combine a strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to accuracy while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced
Qualifications:
Required
* High School Graduate, upon hire or
* High School GED, upon hire
* Pharmacy Technician: AZ, upon hire and
* Certified Pharmacy Tech ECPT, upon hire or
* Certified Pharmacy Tech PTCB, upon hire or
* Certified Pharmacy Tech, upon hire
