Overview: Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Technician Trainer to educate and mentor pharmacy technicians in best practices, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role is vital in ensuring our team is well-equipped to provide safe and efficient pharmaceutical services. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Certified Pharmacy Technician-PTCB * Certified Pharmacy Technician-NHA * At least two years experience in pharmacy * Completion of Crucial Conversations, Appreciative Coaching, and Influencer training for Lead Technicians and Lead Administrative Technician * Successful completion of PHS Sterile Products Compounding Competency and Hazardous Medication Training for all employees preparing sterile, hazardous medications.
