Qualifications: Minimum * High school diploma or GED * Trained in preparation of intravenous and other sterile products (documentation required). * Ability to demonstrate competency in the preparation of intravenous and other sterile products * Licensed by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred * Two years health-system pharmacy technician experience
