				Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care-including both clinical and distributive services-to patients served within our health system. You'll collaborate closely with providers and clinic staff to support optimal patient outcomes and ensure safe, effective medication use.

Qualifications:

Education:

*  Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent clinical experience. 
* Completion of an ASHP PGY-1 pharmacy residency in community practice or ambulatory care desirable

Experience: 

* Must be able to proficiently read, write and speak English
* Proficiency in navigating the electronic medical record
* One or more years of community pharmacy experience preferred
* One or more years of hospital pharmacy experience desirable

License(s)/Certification(s):

* Must maintain a current license to practice pharmacy in Iowa and be in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners
* Must attain a license to practice pharmacy in Iowa within six months of employment if not currently licensed
* Must be directly supervised by a licensed pharmacist until Iowa Pharmacist license is obtained
* Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
