Pharmacist Oncology PRN

				Responsibilities:

The Oncology Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with specialty physicians and research teams.

Qualifications:

* New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
* PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred
* Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
* Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
