Responsibilities:
Report to Director of Pharmacy. Directed by Director of Pharmacy Manager of Pharmacy and Senior pharmacists. Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan TJC and other licensing accrediting and regulatory agencies. Performs the professional functions of a licensed pharmacist for medication dispensing and daily drug distribution activities including provision of clinical services.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of two years of hospital experience, with one year residency or equivalent required.
* Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the State of California.
* Proficiency with computer applications, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
