Job description: Provide clinical pharmaceutical care to patients. Serve as an expert resource to service patient care areas and the pharmacy department. Work requires strong clinical skills, detailed knowledge of hospital processes/operations, including laws and regulations. 

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Required: Preferred:

* Pharm.D. required
* Active Pharmacist license in the state you are practicing required
* Completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency with experience in patient care area such as infectious disease or critical care (PGY-1)
* One year experience as a clinical pharmacist or with equivalent education (completion of residency or 
Pharm.D. degree) IV Additive Preparation; Unit Dose Dispensing; order entry/verification

Preferred:

* 4 years of Oncology experience highly preferred
* Board Certification preferred (BCPS) or equivalent accredited certification in practice area
* Disease state or health team experience preferred
* A specialized clinical residency in specified care area (PGY-2) and /or experience in area of expertise are 
preferred)

Schedule: This is a full time day shift position. This position will be primarily remote, but some travel will be required.
