Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and embedding lasting change? We're looking for a Performance & System Improvement Manager to join our Central Operations team, leading initiatives that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver real value across the business.
Responsibilities:
About the role
In this role, you'll partner with Planning & Scheduling, Operational Contract Support, and wider business stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement projects. Using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, you'll lead the design and rollout of new systems, embed process changes, and foster a culture of problem-solving and accountability.
Your work will directly impact performance by reducing costs, optimising workflows, and ensuring sustainable improvements that meet both business and client needs.
What you'll be doing
* Lead the rollout of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth handover into business-as-usual.
* Analyse operations, identify inefficiencies, and design practical improvements.
* Run workshops and events to generate ideas and implement solutions.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and cultural change, securing buy-in at all levels.
* Define and track KPIs to measure success, producing progress reports for leadership.
* Provide training and coaching in continuous improvement tools and practices.
Qualifications:
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings:
* A Six Sigma qualification (essential).
* A degree (or equivalent) and proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
* Strong project and change management skills, with a track record of delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives.
* A curious mindset, always questioning the status quo and exploring better ways of working.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Analytical ability to uncover root causes and design effective solutions.
* Experience embedding process and system improvements into operational environments.
