Overview: Camellia Women's Health Responsibilities: Join a Thriving Practice & Make a Difference: OB/GYN Laborist/Hospitalist With Camellia Women's Health in Sacramento At Dignity Health, fundamental to our mission is partnering with forward thinking independent practices and groups to deliver care and healing to our communities. We currently seek an experienced OB/GYN physician to join our community partner, Camellia Women's Health. For over 40 years, Camellia Women's Health has been a trusted provider of compassionate and comprehensive women's healthcare in the greater Sacramento area. They are a dynamic group of OB/GYN's and Nurse Practitioners dedicated to providing personalized care to a diverse patient population, including both Medicaid and commercially insured individuals. Here's what makes Camellia Women's Health special: * Meaningful Impact: We serve a diverse patient population, ensuring access to quality healthcare. * Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a supportive team of experienced OB/GYN's and Nurse Practitioners in a busy hospital service. * Focused Scope Hospitalist Model: Hospitalist service with scheduling flexibility * OB Hospitalist coverage including high risk obstetrics * Level III NICU access * ER/floor GYN consults - including GYN emergency surgeries * 6 12-hr shifts per month OR 3 24-hour shifts: YOU CHOOSE! * Can work a combo of days and nights: YOU CHOOSE! * Professional Growth: We foster continuous professional development through collaborative case discussions and skill refinement. * Competitive Compensation: $175 per hour Benefits of independent practice opportunities include: * Physician owned setting * Employed directly by group * Ability to have more control over care quality, patient outcomes, referrals and your schedule * Flexibility to adjust work/life balance to meet your personal and professional needs Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of post residency OBGYN experience * Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s) * Board certified or board eligible in Obstectrics and Gynecology * Excellent clinical and surgical skills * Must be comfortable working in a busy service and delivering high risk OB patients * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care * Experienced providers are welcome to apply * Ability to consistently commit to a .5 schedule.
