				Overview:

The People Partner role is a vital part of our People Team, providing support to people leaders and employees and delivering people services based on knowledge of people programs and offerings, local talent, policies and regulatory requirements. The People Partner II helps deliver effective human resources practices while maintaining and improving our company culture and employee engagement, representing the voice of employees for the geographies/locations they support. This role requires an individual who is people-centric and an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:

* Advise managers and employees on talent actions, organizational changes, talent mobility and development, motivating team members, leveraging data analytics and AI-powered insights.
* Serves as a trusted employee advocate and on-the-ground partners, using data analytics tools to track employee experience trends, champion a high-engagement, future -ready work culture.
* Co-lead employee relations, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and coaching managers with evidence-based solutions to resolve performance and workplace challenges. Collaborate with regional People Relations & Compliance leads to apply best practices at scale.
* Empower managers to lead with confidence by providing guidance on people processes, policies including talent reviews, performance management, and translating engagement survey data into meaningful action.
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) partners to execute key talent initiatives, leveraging regional specializations and emerging HR technology to drive consistent, scalable impact.
* Co-Champion continuous improvement in employee service delivery - Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and elevate the employee experience through digital-first solutions.
* Drive local implementation of people compliance programs, policies, and reporting - Ensuring adherence to labour laws and workforce regulations while embracing tools that make compliance smarter and proactive.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

Minimum Work Experience (years)

* 2 to 5+ years in a human resources role with SEA and ANZ countries experience an added advantage.

* Data Analytics Driven
* Appreciate AI development and AI fluency and its relevance to the human resource programs
* Knowledge of Power BI, WorkDay, ServiceNow System would be an advantage.
