Overview: Responsibilities: The People Operations Partner (HR) is responsible for providing HR services and support to assigned Division. The People Operations Partner will initiate and foster partnerships with leaders in support of the organization's strategic objectives, leverage human resources systems and drive accountable performance management. People Operations Partners apply solid HR knowledge through creative solutions, implement HR initiatives, focus on customer needs and achieve operational excellence while managing employee relations issues. * Strategic HR partnership: * Operates as an organization leader and internal consultant to the management team on HR related policies and practices. * Provides guidance on Company established policies & procedures and works as a change agent for HR initiatives. * Conducts monthly meetings with practice leadership to review employee relations, turnover and recruiting. * Process Improvement: * Implements HR best practices of the department's policy, procedures, and processes. * Analyzes trends engagement, employee issues and recommends appropriate resolution. * Performance Management: * Supports leaders in all aspects of Performance Management including coaching, counseling, training & development. * Reviews all terminations and reduction in force requests, partnering with Director People Operations and other applicable departments to ensure compliance with Federal/State regulations and Company Policies & Procedures. * Employee Relations & Compliance: * Responsible for the non-clinical employee population for their respective Divison. * Collaborates with leadership on change management, performance issues, responding to employee concerns, compliance investigations and conflict resolution. * Conducts root cause analysis of employee relation matters and provides methods & suggestions for resolution. * Completes unemployment claims. * Leave Management: * In conjunction with the Benefits Department, facilitates the leave management process and clearance to return to work. * Mergers & Acquisitions: * Assists Director of People Services in the management of all HR tasks related to pre-acquisition, integration and orientation of newly acquired employee populations. * Adherence to ensure all HR initiatives and activities are in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education Level: Associates Degree Expereince Years: 1+ year/s Expereince Industry: Healthcare preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
