We offer a nationally competitive salary with relocation allowance available, CME allowance and fully paid malpractice insurance. Practice Highlights * Monday - Friday Schedule: Provider will have 34 hours of scheduled patient care and 6 hours of administrative time per week. 4-day work week option. * Patient Volume is average 20 to 22 patients per day * 100 % Outpatient - no newborn deliveries or newborn nursery What We're Seeking: * Must be BC/BE in Pediatrics * Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice * Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment * Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico We offer all employees a robust, day one effective benefits plan consisting of medical, dental, and vision and more. Responsibilities: Summary: Makes all professional medical judgments in care of patients seen Responsibilities: *Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen. *Manage the physician/patient relationship. *Participate in system wide health management initiatives. *Provide input into the practice site s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues. *Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards. *Receive and resolve patient complaints. *Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other providers. *Consults with and advises other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of pediatric patients. *Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops.
