Overview: Eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus! Location: UnityPoint Health Clinic- Prairie Parkway- Cedar Falls, Iowa Shift: 40 hours/week, Variable from Mon-Thur 7-6p; Fri 7-4pm We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! In this role, you'll provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to outpatients while implementing and improving occupational therapy services. Responsibilities: * Evaluates and treats patients in need of occupational therapy services and participates in and provides all necessary components of this responsibility including completion of proper evaluation, creation of a treatment plan, and completion of treatment sessions per established treatment plans * Produces appropriate documentation and billing in compliance with all third party payor and regulatory guidelines * Provides oversite and supervision of certified occupational therapist assistants and other support personnel * Completes appropriate communication with all patients, caregivers, fellow staff, and referring providers/clinicians Qualifications: Education: * Graduate of accredited educational program in occupational therapy is required * Master's degree is preferred Experience: * 1 year of clinicalexperience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred License(s)/Certification(s): * Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Iowa as defined in the Iowa Occupational Therapy Regulation and Practice Act * BLS Certification * Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
