Responsibilities:

Pediatrix has an per diem opportunity for an experienced, certified Pediatric Nurse Practioner:

* Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will potentially rotate through 4 NICUs
* This practice currently has 9 Neonatologists, 24 NNPs, and 3 PNPs, in addition to several PT NPs
* Practice provides care addressing all complications of prematurity, as well as cooling, cardiac and respiratory issues, craniofacial, endocrine, and gastroenterological conditions.
* 8 hour shifts - willingness to work some weekends and holidays is strongly preferred

Qualifications:

* Current APRN national specialty certification
* Minimum of a master's degree 
* Minimum of 1 year post-grad clinical Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience
* TX license required
