Position Highlights: * * * Newborn nursery coverage with seamless support from our experienced Pediatrix neonatologists * Three Pediatric Hospitalist team model fostering collaboration and work-life balance * "Round-and-go" schedule with home call: * 10x shifts per month is full-time * Circumcisions performed by hospitalists * Pediatric consultations for the ED-providing timely evaluations, treatment plans, and support to the emergency team * Collaborative environment with neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care * Engagement in CQI initiatives and clinical research to advance quality outcomes and innovation * Access to a vast national network of over 400 NICUs and thousands of providers across the Pediatrix system-sharing knowledge, support, and best practices Why Athens, Ohio?
