Responsibilities:

We have an exciting job opportunity for a top-notch, experienced, per diem Board Certified Pediatric Hospitalist to join our well-established practice at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands. 

* Hospitalist will cover Newborn Nursery and Pediatric Unit.
* 12 hour shifts - inclusive of newborn rounding during the day with call from home. 
* Pediatric Unit is 6 general pediatric beds, no IMU, no ICU.
* No delivery attendance.
* Procedures include lumbar punctures and circumcisions.
* Average daily census of 20-25 infants.
* Opportunity for occasional training of medical student and family practice residents.
* Malpractice insurance plus tail coverage provided.

Qualifications:

* Board Certification in Pediatrics with recent experience required
* Active TX license or active IMLC required
