Overview: Practice Pediatrics Where the Mountains Meet the Medicine in Reno, NV Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an additional BC/BE Pediatrician to join our established pediatric hospitalist and practitioner team at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. The Practice * 30‑bed pediatric inpatient unit with an average daily census of 16-18 * Comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery * 16‑bed PICU staffed by a dedicated, Pediatrix‑affiliated pediatric intensivist group * Clinical responsibilities include: * Pediatric inpatient ward coverage * Newborn nursery examinations * Emergency Department consultations * Pediatric resident and medical student education * Academic affiliation with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine * Renown Regional Medical Center is the only Level II Trauma Center serving northern Nevada and northeastern California This position offers the opportunity to practice high‑quality pediatric hospital medicine within a collaborative, well‑supported environment that reflects Pediatrix's commitment to clinical excellence and patient‑centered care.
