Payroll Analyst (Portugués Avanzado)

You will have a direct impact on employee experience and on the regional People & Culture operations.
What a day-to-day in this role looks like:
* Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in Brazil.
* Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS.
Qualifications:
Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.
Required Skills:
* Previous experience in payroll management and onboarding processes.
* Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
* Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
* Proficiency in Portuguese.
Desired skills:
* Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.
