Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager-CPU

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies at Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit (MCPU); 
* Work effectively with physicians, patient advocacy and specialized community groups to support and increase participant enrollment 
* Work effectively with CPU leadership to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and on-going studies.
* Utilize our systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment;
* Update study specific social media sites; and
* Increase awareness of MCPU and its trials within the community 
* Actively participate and network at various Community, University & College events
* Perform ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors in Life Science preferred;
* At least 5 years of patient recruitment experience;
* Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills; 
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, social media platforms, and
* Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
