				Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager to join the Patient Generated Health Data team. This position will be located remotely and will be fully remote within the United States position.

Responsibilities:

Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new initiatives in development. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops and maintains mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and clients. Participates in strategic planning and leadership updates. Reports to the Sr. Program Manager for PGHD.

* KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
* Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
* Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
* Manages the integration of vendor tasks, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables.
* Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
* Conducts project meetings and supports project tracking, analysis and reporting.
* Collaborates and integrates with technical teams as needed for project advancement to support PGHD's mission and vision.
* Draft, edit, and/or review foundational PGHD documents as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
* At least 1-2 years VA Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
* Experience with electronic health records systems or clinical data capture tools 

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Clinical Licensure (LPN, RN, SW, PT etc.)
* Building/refining clinical workflows
* Patient Generated Health Data awareness

Clearance Required:  Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
