Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School diploma or GED
* 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience
* Basic working knowledge of computers systems
* Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve
issues.
* Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of various diversities and abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience working with an electronic medical records system
