Overview: Shift: PRN, as needed. You will work (1) 8 hour shift per month, (2) weekends per year and (1) holiday per year. Join our Care Team as a Patient Care Technician! Responsibilities: * Be the friendly face patients see throughout their stay. * Take vital signs, assist with daily activities, and support nurses with clinical care. * Respond quickly to patient needs and help create a safe, healing environment. * Gain valuable hospital experience that can grow into a long-term healthcare career. Qualifications: Education: * High School Diploma/GED or currently and actively working towards completion of Diploma/GED * Prefer candidates that have successfully completed the CNA program and are active on the Iowa Direct Care Registry Other: * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire Ready to make a difference?
