The Internal Resource Team may be the next step in your career! Eligibility Requirements: * Active CNA Certification * Minimum 6 months of hospital experience as a CNA/PCT What Makes IRT Special? This role offers unmatched variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful difference across our facilities. * Float Pay Bonus: PCTs earn an additional $2/hr for float shifts * Diverse Experience: Work across 17 different units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Rehab at all three campuses-Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Iowa Lutheran Hospital, and Methodist West Hospital. * Dynamic Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of floating every 4 hours, gaining exposure to a wide range of patient care scenarios. * Balanced Scheduling: Every 4th weekend rotation and holiday coverage includes just one winter and one summer holiday. Shifts Available: * Full-Time Evenings * Part-Time Days * Part-Time Evenings * Part-Time Nights Responsibilities: * PCTs will perform patient care and treatments under supervision of a RN. Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. * Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. * Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. * Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. * Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment. Qualifications: License(s)/Certification(s): * CNA certification required * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire * Valid Driver's License required Experience: * Six months of hospital clinical experience Other: * Must be 16 years old or older * Level 3 Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. #DM123
