Patient Access Representative II (Onsite Cosmetic Retail Store)

Desired hours of operation - TBD
Base plus product sales commissions

Responsibilities:

* Opens & closes store
* Greets and welcomes customers
* Provides information and answers questions on store products for sale as well as aesthetic services available in nearby clinics
* Sells products instore
* For interested customers, schedules appointments for aesthetic services in nearby clinics
* Orders and maintains product inventory
* Stocks shelves and maintains store tidiness
* Escalates concerns to appropriate management.
* When the store has no customers supports customer service by answering calls and booking appointment for select FF clinics based on needs

Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent.

* Enjoys skincare and aesthetic services industry space
* Professional appearance & hygiene, representative of Forefront
* Organized, tidy
* Computer skills for learning scheduling, ordering, inventory management, etc.
