Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU DO

You manage your pastry section with focus and professionalism, preparing and plating items with accuracy and flair. You follow recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines while contributing creativity to seasonal menus and special events. You maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices, keeping your workspace clean, stocked, and ready for service. You support the Pastry Chef by executing their direction, assisting with training junior staff, and ensuring smooth operations. By working with precision and pride, you help deliver memorable guest experiences through desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

You use your technical pastry skills and creativity to prepare desserts, pastries, and baked goods to the highest standard. You take pride in consistency, precision, and presentation, ensuring each item reflects both quality and artistry.
